Campbell Construction Management Group (CCMG) is a Miami based consulting firm specializing in real estate development and construction, with more than 25+ years of experience. We provide professional services that oversee the many stages involved in the planning, design, and construction of any project from conception to completion. We provide our clients with high quality, cost-effective and on-time delivery of their projects effectively managed by our team.

The company was founded by Karen Campbell, a Miami native who has worked extensively in the construction and real estate industries.

Services

Owner’s Representative

As the Owner’s Representative, our company is hired by the Owner to represent them throughout the entire process of development: including site selection, design, entitlements, permitting, and construction. The Owner’s representative serves as a liaison between the Owner and the construction team and ensures that the Owner’s best interests are carried out.

Owners may lack the time and experience to perform these tasks themselves so they hire qualified representatives, who are knowledgeable and who can assist with the project from beginning to end. Owner’s Representatives stay in constant contact with Owners and report on project issues and progress throughout the course of the project.

Project Management

A Project Manager effectively plans a construction project and oversees its progress. This includes developing plans, handling logistics, and managing budgets, expenses, and schedules. They also hire and supervise workers and sub-contractors, manage risks, and obtain equipment and materials.

Usually, the Project Manager is hired directly by and works directly for the General Contractor. At times, the Owner wishes to pursue the project on their own and will hire a project manager. Project managers, who are usually employed by the general contractor, direct the entire project from start to finish, and regularly communicate with Owners and Owner’s Representatives throughout the process.

Land Sub-division

Land sub-division is key to any development and our company specializes in this area. We provide land sub-division services for those clients that are seeking to prepare a site for future development, or who are simply looking to sell-off portions of a larger tract. This process, which entails dealing extensively with local government, is a favorite of ours and one we have plenty of experience working with.

Land Use

Land Use issues are an extensive part of any real estate development. Our company works directly with those government agencies that are responsible for the issuance of certificates of use and providing use changes. We work hand-in-hand with land-use attorneys, architects, engineers, surveyors, and other professional team members essential to handling land use challenges.

Permitting and Citation/
Violation Resolution

Sometimes, our clients encounter difficulties when processing permits for their projects, which, if not addressed promptly, can result in citations and/or violations on a property. These challenges can be overwhelming and quite frustrating. Our firm works directly with county and city staff not only to obtain all necessary permits but also to rectify any citation and/or violation issues that may arise due to noncompliance.
